Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method. ocmy88 targets same-day processing for verified accounts during standard business hours. e-Wallet withdrawals to Touch n Go eWallet and Boost typically complete within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. The Company does not charge fees for standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
The Company reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending the outcome of any security review, bonus abuse investigation, or KYC process.
ocmy88 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, reload bonuses, and other incentives from time to time. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
ocmy88's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal data are governed by the separate Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the data practices described in that policy.

ocmy88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or upon receipt of a valid legal or regulatory order.
Upon termination for breach, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where termination is for non-breach reasons (e.g., regulatory compliance), outstanding verified balances will be returned to the Member via an approved payment method after the completion of any required investigation period.
Members may voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting 24/7 support. Voluntary closure does not affect any pending withdrawal requests at the time of the closure request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which ocmy88 is licensed and incorporated. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) calendar days, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of a mutually agreed arbitral institution. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitrator's award shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
ocmy88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via email to their registered address and/or by a prominent notice on the Platform no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.
